Townhouse Restoration, Manhattan, NY

Complete reconstruction and facade restoration of an upper west side landmark townhouse.  Preservation and restoration of existing landmark features while introducing modern amenities.  I opted to "reconstruct" portions of the original townhouse that had been removed in the early '60's including the original stoop and the front staircase.  In addition to the stair, an elevator allows the owners to access all floors with ease.  All floors have access the rear yard, a balcony or exterior terraces.
