Significant renovations and additions to a classic Southampton Cape Cod residence, with the intent to maintain the existing style and scale of the home.  Working closely with the owners of this estate, I managed to add several bedrooms and a second story while maintaining the original scale and charm of the existing home.  A simple architectural style with cedar siding and painted trim results in a classic, timeless look that will never go out of style.
